Delivered in collaboration with Worcestershire County Council and Worcestershire Growth Hub, this fully-funded initiative continues to provide next level support to help businesses across Worcestershire thrive.
This programme, funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and local councils, offers tailored one-to-one sessions designed to offer business
owners one to one coaching mixed with strategic planning, facilitation, and community.
Available to businesses in the districts of Wychavon, Malvern Hills, Bromsgrove, Redditch, and Wyre Forest, the programme is a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to access expert guidance. How It Works
The Enterprising Worcestershire Business Coaching Programme offers up to 10 hours of fully funded one-to-one support with a dedicated Strategic Partner from Real World Consultancy. All of the partners at RWC are qualified coaches, have a strategic background and are skilled facilitators. The programme begins with a diagnostic exercise to assess your business’s current position and define key priorities.
Through an initial powerful one-to-one 6-hour strategy day, participants will uncover their personal ambitions and values. Following this, they will challenge and refine their business vision, mission, values, USP, and audience to develop a cohesive and effective growth strategy.
Following this, businesses can access up to 4 additional hours of follow-on one to one time, tailored to ensure continued progress and success.
