The sun is shining, the first of the local berries are hitting the shops and after you have eaten your fill with cream – throw the remainder in a cake and add chocolate. Raspberries and white chocolate are always a hit at HOC. The basic cake is a dream, and you can decorate it however you like – drizzled white chocolate with fresh raspberries or freeze-dried raspberries – or vanilla buttercream with white chocolate curls and fresh raspberries. Either way, it is a treat!
