It’s been 8 years since JR Management Accountancy first started recruiting placement students from the University of Worcester. Since then, our small business has boomed in production and efficiency. We’ve hired 5 placement students following up to this point, and we’ve discovered the vital impact it makes to the business, the student, and the local Worcestershire Community.

In collaboration with the University of Worcester, the Grow Local scheme aims to connect students with local SMEs, in producing a structured placement network to help young talent transition into dream careers.
