We are looking for Trustee’s to join our Board. We currently have vacancies on our Trustee Board and are particularly looking for the following roles to be filled:
Treasurer – ideally with accountancy experience but good knowledge of charity accounting and finance reports or a keen interest and relevant transferable skills in this area would also be considered.
Clerk to the Board – an administrative role to help in the preparation of Board meetings. To include producing an agenda, taking minutes at meetings (4 formal meetings per year) sharing all Board papers in a timely manner with Board members and ensuring that the filing as required by the Charity Commission is kept up to date and compliant with charity law.
General Trustee’s – Anyone with an interest in charity governance who would like to be part of a Trustee Board overseeing the important work done by a well known local charity. Particularly we would welcome applications from women or members of the BAME community and anyone with skills in the legal sector, and fundraising. For more information, we have a Trustee Recruitment
