THE 90 CHALLENGE
Headway Worcestershire is bringing you something different and exciting. A cool fundraising project for you to take on in 2024, and it’s called the 90 Challenge!
Did you know that every 90 seconds a person in the UK is admitted to hospital with a brain injury, and Headway Worcestershire is taking action to raise awareness of this hidden epidemic. We believe that taking on the 90 Challenge is not only good for your mental and physical health, but also a fantastic way to support our community.
We’re all about keeping it fun and light-hearted, so we’ve designed a challenge that is open and encourages you to have fun while raising funds. The 90 Challenge runs from January to December, and all you need to do is pick any activity that involves the number 90, such as:
– 90 games of Scrabble –
– 90 gym sessions –
– Visiting 90 cities on a Peloton –
– 90 attempts at juggling –
– Running 90 metres every day for a month –
– Attempting to eat 90 donuts (only joking) –
WHAT WILL YOU DECIDE?
You can do any Challenge that tickles your fancy, as long as it involves the magical number 90. We promise to keep you motivated and entertained the whole way through with fun facts, memes, and support on social media. We’re looking to raise serious money for the people we support who are affected by brain injuries.
