IOSH Managing Safely® Refresher (1day)

Description

The IOSH Managing Safely Refresher 1 day course is an ideal way to ensure that the knowledge and skills gained on the IOSH Managing Safely® course are retained and refreshed; allowing you to re-visit the key elements of IOSH Managing Safely.

Managing Safely Refresher covers:

• Thinking back – looking at the key reasons for managing safely
• Why leadership is important and creating a positive safety culture
• The Plan-Do-Check-Act management system – using interactive case studies to link back to the workplace

Who should attend:

The one-day course is for delegates who have already completed the full Managing Safely® course.

All trainers who deliver Managing Safely need to have:
• A level 3 occupational safety and health qualification (equivalent to A level standard)
• At least two years’ training experience (with a minimum 50 per cent face-to-face delivery)
• To nominate an IOSH member – to make sure everyone who delivers our courses meet IOSH’s delivery standards.
