Primrose Hospice partners with local Law firms to highlight the importance of creating a Will through their ‘Make A Will’ campaign

IT is a well-known fact that over 50% of adults living in the UK do not have a Will in place, which is why Primrose Hospice is offering a Will writing service through their ‘Make A Will’ campaign this October to help tackle this figure.

Sponsored by FBC Manby Bowdler Solicitors and alongside the support of MAG Solicitors and King Will’s Wills, the Hospice is offering a number of appointments to individuals and couples looking to take their first step into creating their very own single or mirrored Will.

All partnering Solicitors have agreed to waive their initial fees in return for a donation to Primrose Hospice. Through this campaign individuals can take advantage of a discount of over 70% on regular Will-writing fees making creating a Will more affordable and accessible to the community.

Abi Coulson, Corporate Fundraiser said “Making a Will is such an easy step to securing your future and is the best way to ensure your estate and sentimental belongings are passed down to those closest to you.

By choosing to create or update your Will through this campaign you will not only be securing your own future but also supporting your local hospice.”

Primrose Hospice supports about 1,000 people each year in Redditch, Bromsgrove and the surrounding areas with services such as clinical hospice care, bereavement support and wellbeing.

All of the charity’s services are free to patients and families however the charity must raise £1.5million independently through fundraising events, grants and donations.
