Herefordshire Libraries has agreed to add photographs from Chamber Member Paul Ligas Photography’s “Photos from Inside a Lockdown” documentary series to their “Life Under Lockdown” history project as a part of the permanent record of this extraordinary time, for this and all future generations to see.
