OCM celebrates National Apprenticeship Week by recognising warehouse apprentice Nathan

OCM is celebrating National Apprenticeship Week by highlighting the progress of its Warehouse Apprentice, Nathan Greaves, and reinforcing its commitment to responsible e-waste management and secure IT disposal.

National Apprenticeship Week takes place from 9 to 15 February 2026 and gives businesses the opportunity to show how apprenticeships support real, hands-on roles. For OCM, Nathan’s work directly supports the safe handling, storage and preparation of redundant IT equipment, helping the business maintain high standards in security, compliance and sustainability.

Nathan joined OCM as a Warehouse Apprentice and works closely with the warehouse team, gaining practical experience in the day-to-day processes. His role plays an important part in ensuring equipment is handled safely and responsibly as it moves through the warehouse.

Alongside his role, Nathan completes his apprenticeship training with Nova Training, combining workplace learning with structured training that supports his development as an operative within the e-waste and IT asset disposal sector.

Nathan says the apprenticeship has helped him build confidence and develop practical skills in a supportive working environment.

Team Leader Dave Lee said: “Nathan’s enthusiasm and willingness to learn have made him a valued member of the warehouse team and support OCM’s focus on maintaining high standards across its operations.”
