Newland Hurst Care Home – Expressions of Interest Invited for the Role of Trustee

The purpose of Newland Hurst is to provide a safe, comfortable and positive environment in which people are free to express their preferences and choose the activities they most enjoy, achieved by offering a high level of support in accessing the facilities they need for recreation and leisure, and the services they need for maintenance of health and wellbeing.

The Trustees are looking to appoint two additional voluntary trustees.

The role involves attending the trustee meetings which are held at Newland Hurst in Droitwich approximately every 2/3 months.  Each meeting lasts for approximately two hours and it is acceptable to attend via video call.  An additional responsibility involves performing 2 visits per year in connection with Regulation 17 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
