Pharma Packaging Systems Ltd (PPS) have been honoured with the prestigious Queen’s award for enterprise in the International Trade Category. Employing 30 people based in Pershore, Worcestershire, PPS specialise in the design and manufacture of pharmaceutical tablet counting machinery.
The Queen’s Awards for enterprise are globally recognised as a royal seal of approval for UK businesses. Winners are approved by Her Majesty The Queen upon recommendation from the Prime Minister so PPS are extremely proud to have achieved the accolade in the Platinum Jubilee year, and also in their 20th year in business.
This year, there were 141 winners in the international trade category which recognises excellence and achievement in oversea sales. Exporting been a key part of their operations since 2002 and accounts for over 80% of all sales. They are delighted to receive this recognition of their substantial growth over the past 3 years in what have been for everyone, unprecedented and challenging times.

PPS headed to Buckingham Palace on the 12th July to a reception hosted by HRH The Prince of Wales and are also planning a special celebration to honour the award and commemorate 20 successful years in business with the whole team!
