Hoople Group is delighted to announce that Julie Bridgewater has been promoted to Head of People and joins the company’s Executive Management Team.
Julie has over 20 years’ experience in HR, including investigation, complex casework, employee relations and developing and delivering HR training.
Since joining Hoople13 years ago, Julie has provided valued support to customers and made a significant contribution to the development of Hoople’s people-focused culture.
In her new role, Julie will lead on the delivery of Hoople’s People Strategy, focusing on attracting talented individuals, supporting employee career development, and further enhancing a culture of wellbeing, engagement and mutual support across the organisation.
On her promotion, Julie said:
