When someone is interested in learning more about the Chamber, we are normally the first people they speak to!

“My name is Annie and I work in the Membership team as the Account Executive for North Worcestershire. I have been at the Chamber almost four years, working with amazing businesses who have needed our support to help raise their profile and network, grow their organisation and help achieve their business objectives. It is an incredibly rewarding role and I am lucky to be part of such a supportive team.

“My role as Business Engagement Executive means I am always looking to engage with organisations in the Herefordshire area. I provide information to those who would like to understand more about the Chamber and how we can support them. I am keen to learn from businesses and charities about the challenges and opportunities they face, and ensure they are aware of the services we offer that may be beneficial to their growth and development and to continue to grow our community.
Fun fact: Over the first lockdown I began turning old clothes in to hair accessories. My love of sewing has now grown to reworking unwanted fabrics and remnants in to accessories, bags, cushion covers and much more, giving them a new lease of life!”

Beth Ingham
Account Executive, Herefordshire
“My name is Beth and I am the Account Executive for all Herefordshire Members, meaning I am the main point of contact for all Member enquiries. The role sees me helping and supporting local Herefordshire businesses to utilise their membership with the Chamber, from raising their profile and getting connected, to offering practical business advice to help them grow and strive for success. The part of the job I love the most is the huge variety of businesses I account manage. I deal with anything from large-scale international manufacturers to small local gin makers, no two are the same!
Fun fact: In my spare time I love to go walking with my Husband and 1 year old, and enjoy snuggling down with a good Netflix series and a glass of G&T.”

Ollie Trevitt
Business Engagement Executive, South Worcestershire
“My name is Ollie and I am the Business Engagement Executive covering South and Central Worcestershire. My day to day role involves meeting with a variety of businesses to understand what their challenges, needs and successes are. I’m then able to identify how the Chamber Membership can support the organisation in their business goals.
Fun fact: I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, running a bootcamp at Sytchampton community centre every Friday and ‘Dadsquad’, a fitness class for Dad’s every Saturday.”

“I joined the Chamber back in September 2021 as an Account Executive for the Worcester City and South Worcestershire area. My job role is to look after our Members by helping to promote, grow and protect their business. I thoroughly enjoy going out to see my Members, giving me the opportunity to see how their business operates and how I can help them get the most out of their Membership. No two days are the same and you never know what’s around the corner.
Fun fact: When not working I love spending time with my family, traveling, long dog walks in the countryside, cooking for friends, and sitting in my new bar at home with a glass of wine!”

Marie Ganderton
Sales and Customer Service Manager
“My role at the Chamber is to manage the Membership team and to ensure all of our Members understand and utilise all the great benefits available to them. I have worked at the Chamber for just over 3 years now and have met so many amazing people and learnt so much during this time. My team are my second family and each of them brings different strengths and character to our department which I am incredibly proud of. We work hard to achieve our goals and help our Members, but we definitely know how to play hard too, demonstrated at our last staff party!
Fun fact: In my spare time I am a mum of two teenage girls (and have grey hairs to prove it!) and have many pets… 2 dogs including a grumpy 11 year old pug who you can often see sporting a bow tie on Zoom meetings, budgies, a hamster and a Giant African land snail called Gary. I love my garden and have landscaped a nature area during the pandemic to welcome lots more animals too!”
