Kudos Blends Celebrates 25 Years of Baking Innovation

Kudos Blends, a global leader in science-driven leavening systems, proudly celebrates its 25th anniversary. Founded in 1999 by entrepreneur Dinnie Jordan, the company has revolutionised baking powder technology with its commitment to innovation, clean-label solutions, and enhanced product performance.

What began as a mission to solve technical challenges in industrial baking has grown into an internationally respected brand, partnering with bakery manufacturers across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australasia. Despite global expansion, Kudos Blends remains rooted in Shropshire, where its state-of-the-art facilities drive innovation in the bakery sector.
To mark the milestone, a black-tie event at Brockencote Hall brought together shareholders, customers, distributors, suppliers and staff for a night of fine dining and entertainment. Attendees were also given exclusive tours of the expanded Cleobury Mortimer site, showcasing new milling, lab, and test bakery facilities.

Founder and CEO Dinnie Jordan reflected, “I never dreamt we would become a global leader. This celebration is a tribute to everyone who’s supported our journey – I am truly grateful to everyone and most especially the wonderful team I have today.”
