Kidderminster College is proud to announce that their latest apprenticeship achievement rate is 16% above the national average based on the latest results from 2022/2023.
With recent LSIF and LSIP projects identifying the need for strategic workforce planning, the role of apprenticeships within this is likely to grow across the two counties. As a viable recruitment, growth and community-focused option for succession planning, Kidderminster College is pleased to be above average in the number of apprentices who complete their course and help organisations ensure their succession planning is effective.
