Independent legal software provider, Pracctice Ltd, is delighted to announce the recruitment of two new team members from within the legal sector. They join the existing group of legal professionals within the organisation.
The news follows a raft of appointments earlier in 2019, as the company continues to grow its customer base and develop its successful case management software, Osprey Approach.
Alex Hiscutt is a qualified solicitor and joins the company as a case management developer, bringing several years of legal experience to the core development team. The knowledge she has gained from both private practice and in-house legal roles will be put to use in a slew of new features aimed at specific areas of law. Osprey’s innovative workflow functionality, and its suite of mobile apps, are being further tailored to individual practice areas. These updates will provide lawyers with just the focused information and tools they need.
Alex Hempton-Smith comes to Pracctice having worked within legal marketing for many years. With a highly technical background, he combines his experience in the legal sector with knowledge of programming, design and digital marketing. Alex will be providing resource and guidance to the company’s marketing, communications and customer experience groups.
Pracctice has identified a real need for marketing and social media support across its customer base. To this end, Alex will be working alongside the marketing department to build a new digital marketing consultancy function with a focus on law firms.
