Employers have an opportunity to shape the future workforce, and now, will be able to gain access to the college’s new Employer Patron Rewards Scheme.
This initiative is designed to reward and grow collaboration between local employers and the college, ensuring students finish their studies with the skills and experience the local and regional workforce needs.
Businesses who become part of the patron scheme will support co-design/review of curriculum, offer placements, or share expertise, or guest speak on campus, to name a few.

The college’s patrons will be asked to commit to at least four engagement activities, such as hosting student placements, offering apprenticeships, guest speaking, or providing workplace visits, to name a few. These actions ensure our curriculum remains industry relevant and students gain real world experience.
