Thomas Startin Junior, which has opened a new BYD electric car dealership in Redditch, has expanded into the former Arrow Motor Auctions premises to support the group’s growing fleet business.
Commercial property agents John Truslove have agreed a 15-year lease with Thomas Startin Junior, on behalf of Startin Group, for the half-acre site located on the corner of Bartleet Road and Icknield Street Drive.
The site comprises a 14,226 sq ft industrial unit, previously adapted for use as a warehouse, depot, auction house and offices, together with an additional 2,397 sq ft canopy. Situated on Washford Industrial Estate, the property occupies an established commercial location on the outskirts of Redditch town centre.
