ISO QSL Welcomes Two New Team Members

ISO Quality Services (ISO QSL) are pleased to welcome two new starters to its growing team.  Edward Phipps Castro joins as Finance Assistant, while Eleanor Tustin takes on the role as Client Care Advisor.

Edward discovered his passion for finances whilst completing his Diploma in Business.  Since then, he has already achieved his Level 2 AAT qualification and will now progress to Level 3 through an apprenticeship with ISO QSL.

Finance Manager, Courtney Lewis, comments: “Ed’s desire to learn and grow is refreshing to see, and I have no doubt that he will excel in both his role and his future studies. His enthusiasm and inquisitive nature make him a real asset to ISO QSL, and we’re all excited to see where this journey takes him”.

Bringing a wealth of customer service experience, Eleanor has previously worked in client-focused roles at the University of Worcester and as a Call Handler for the police.  Her ability to engage with customers and provide support makes her a perfect fit for the Client Care team.

Client Care Team Leader, Lizzy Withers, comments: “I’m excited to welcome Eleanor to the team.  She is my first new team member since stepping into the Client Care Team Leader role, and I’m looking forward to seeing how we both grow and develop through her mentorship.  I can already see she is going to be a great addition to the team”.
