Angela Tyler, Charity Manager at The ELY Memorial Fund shares her experience of attending the Expo 

I started the day feeling a little apprehensive as to what the day would entail! Upon arrival it was lovely to be greeted with such enthusiasm welcoming me to the Expo event.

It soon became apparent that all businesses wanted to tell you about their products and services and I soon became engaged talking about our Charity. Networking led to opportunities of offers of donations for our Charity and general assistance in terms of marketing and social media! The Expo also held two workshops about Facebook and Instagram, both of which, provided useful information for businesses.

I can honestly say I am so pleased that I attended. Not only did I meet new businesses to help our Charity, I never felt uncomfortable approaching all the stands. They say strength in numbers but individual networking is just as lucrative. I will definitely be attending the next event, will you?
