ISO Quality Services has launched its eighth annual Christmas Bingo Box Challenge, calling on local people and businesses across Worcestershire to support families facing hunger this winter.
Demand for food banks remains at record levels, with the Trussell Trust reporting 2.9 million emergency parcels distributed nationwide in the last year – the equivalent of one every 11 seconds. Worcester Foodbank alone supported 27,000 people in 2024.
The Bingo Box Challenge offers a simple but effective way to make a difference. By Friday 28th November, participants are encouraged to complete a bingo sheet featuring Worcester Foodbank’s most urgently required items and drop off their donations at ISO Quality Services’ headquarters in St. Johns, Worcester. Alternatively, individuals can donate a supermarket gift card, enabling the Foodbank to purchase exactly what is needed most.
Last year, 18 Worcestershire businesses took part in the campaign, donating 25 full boxes alongside £590 to help the Worcester Foodbank purchase vital supplies when donations were low.
This year, ISO Quality Services hopes even more local businesses and individuals will get involved to bring hope and practical support to families across the community.
