Herefordshire Mind – Safe Haven

Herefordshire Mind’s Safe Haven is an evening space for anyone who may be struggling, experiencing anxiety of emotional distress.

These are uncertain times, there are many unknowns and it has been a period of prolonged change. A feeling of anxiety is perfectly understandable but difficult and we can support with this.

Very often what you need to prevent difficulties escalating or from heading into a downward spiral is a safe, clam space where you feel understood. The Safe Haven offers this. We don’t feel so alone and overwhelmed when we have someone to talk to.
