You’re invited to Herefordshire Board Gamer’s 8th Annual Charity Game Weekend!
The highly anticipated event returns this year from May 13 – 15th – both in Hereford and online.
You can enjoy 3 whole days of FREE gaming while raising money for Herefordshire Mind Charity.
All welcome, friendly teachers, games library, RPGs, life size games, a family zone, and an EPIC £4200 of prizes to be won. £1450 is online right now with a single ticket winning £400 bundle of 14 games and more.
Details:
- Friday 13th at The Core from 6 pm until late
- Saturday 14th at The Core from 10:30 am until late
- Sunday 15th at Richmond Place from 10:30 am until late

Entry is FREE but attendees are encouraged to donate or purchase some raffle tickets from the online raffle which is now live containing bundles of £400 of 14 games and more which can be won with a single ticket.

Herefordshire Board Gamers are a gaming and fundraising community which offers a free lending library of over 320 games. We love giving back to the community which is why we have raised £14,000 in just 6 years. Half of this was raised during the pandemic when we went from two events a month to running events more days than not! We branched out into quizzes, exercise, role play games and socials, working hard to keep our community safe and healthy. Together, we even did 9000 kms of communal exercise in a year! We meet regularly online and in person so please join our friendly community.
