Get rainbowed up and run… or skip, or jog, or walk, or skate, or hop for the Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust

With Easter and April soon to be upon us, the Grace Kelly Childhood Cancer Trust would like to invite you to join them and celebrate this magical time of year with some rainbow fun. Join them for your very own Rainbow run at your own home or place of work, at a time and date to suit you.

April 3rd is also National Rainbow Day. Rainbows have always felt somewhat magical.  Rainbows are beautiful and a little mysterious. Our Rainbow run with lovely spring colours is perfect to help lift your spirits.

With more restrictions hopefully being lifted at the end of March, you may even be able to join up and have fun outside with another family.

Choose a distance of 1K or 5K to run, walk or jog in your brightest, most colourful gear! You can go solo or team up with your household or support bubble; the decision is yours.

It’s just £5 for an individual to sign up or £10 for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children).  You will receive your very own Rainbow pack including throwing paint, funky glasses, rainbow craft activity and a chocolate treat ready for your colourful celebration at the finish line!

If you are able to support the charity at this time then please raise as much as possible to support our fight against childhood cancer during this difficult time.

If you manage to raise £50 more they will also send you a GKCCT medal for your hard work too!

Emma Williams, Office and Project Manager at the GKCCT comments “we wanted to be able to offer our supporters something that would be fun and an activity that would brighten up their day, so what better than a rainbow run! Something for all of the family to join in with. Every penny raised will go towards our ongoing work supporting oncology families at a time when they possibly don’t have anyone to turn to and talk to. The charity receives no funding so is wholly reliant on our amazing supporters and fundraisers. We hope everyone will come together in a rainbow of colour and have fun and help support the charity”.
