Suicide First Aid Lite – Fully Funded Online Training
Five sessions available. 20 places per course, allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

Booking information
This training is funded by the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Suicide Prevention Programme, in partnership with Worcestershire County Council and Herefordshire Council. It is free for people who live or work in either county. If you do not meet this eligibility, please do not book, as entry will be refused.

Programme overview
This course equips participants to:
- recognise signs that someone may be struggling
- start a safe, supportive conversation
- connect a person to appropriate help and resources
It is suitable for professionals and community members across a wide range of roles. The programme also supports those interested in joining the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Orange Button scheme.
