From Hereford to Mongolia: An Extraordinary Journey of Healing, Nature, and Adventure
From the heart of Hereford to the wild rivers of Mongolia, my journey has been anything but ordinary. As part of the first British group to navigate the remote Delgermörön River, I faced challenges that tested my courage, resilience, and determination. My memoir, Life Map to Mongolia: Overcome the Odds, tells the story of that adventure, and the personal journey that led me there — one of survival, healing, and discovering the transformative power of nature.
Growing up was not easy, and my early experiences shaped me in ways I am still exploring. Adventure became my path to resilience. Paddling remote rivers, camping under endless skies, and navigating untamed wilderness taught me lessons about perseverance, adaptability, and the strength we all carry within. Nature became a healer, offering both challenge and solace, and through it, I found a renewed sense of purpose.
I am deeply passionate about empowering women to connect with the wild, to embrace adventure, and to discover their own strength through wilderness experiences. From Hereford to Mongolia, my story celebrates courage, resilience, and the extraordinary possibilities that open when we step outside our comfort zones.
Life Map to Mongolia: Overcome the Odds is a memoir for anyone who dreams of adventure, seeks personal growth, or believes in the healing power of nature. It is a testament to survival, transformation, and the human spirit — a journey I hope will inspire others to pursue their own extraordinary paths.
