FREE Cyber Quarter Workshops

The University of Wolverhampton will be running a series of free online Cyber Quarter Workshops.

The courses are the first of a suite of workshops and activity that will start coming from the Hereford Centre for Cyber and Security until its public opening, due to take place in October 2020.

The courses are delivered using a variety of blended delivery methods at present utilising the Academics involved with the new Cyber Centre opening in October 2020 and there will be the requirement to complete some funding eligibility paperwork.

The Workshops are only available to Herefordshire SMEs and the delegate attending should be a senior decision maker and or a senior management team member with responsibility for IT. The opportunities post-workshop will be immense, offering opportunities to participate within the new centre and play a supporting role with Future Tech Leader Forums throughout the West Midlands region. There is the understanding that all delegates will comply with Chatham House Rules and the Workshop groups shall be no more than 6 in number.

The dates are as follows:

• April 28th to May 1st: 4 Consecutive days from 9.00am – 12.30pm
• May 12th, May 19th, June 9th and June 23rd: Every Tuesday over the four weeks
• July 7th and July 8th: condensed course two days
• September 8th to September 29th: Every Tuesday from 9.00-12.30pm
• November 10th to December 1st: Every Tuesday from 9.00-12.30pm
• January 12th to February 2nd 2021: Every Tuesday from 9.00-12.30pm
