Vertex, a renowned manufacturer of exhibition displays, has successfully expanded its operations in Redditch’s Park Farm Industrial Estate, nearly doubling its size within a year of relocating to a larger facility. The company’s impressive growth is attributed to its recent rebranding efforts and increased workload.
Thursfields played a crucial role in facilitating Vertex’s expansion by negotiating the lease of a 5,340 sq ft unit at 2a Springside for a five-year term. John Truslove property agents also worked closely with Vertex’s founders, Lewis Walters and Ross Wardle, to secure the ideal location.
The newly expanded base in Redditch, alongside Vertex’s sister site in Coventry, enables the company to handle even more work as its impact on the exhibitions industry continues to grow.
Ross Wardle, co-founder of Vertex, commented “We’ve just undergone a significant rebranding exercise to capitalise on our impact in the exhibitions industry. Our growing workload led us to seek additional production and storage facilities. Our expanded base in Redditch, along with our Coventry site, allows us to handle even more work as our impact on the exhibitions industry continues to pay dividends.
Ben Lyons, our solicitor from Thursfields, was very helpful throughout the process, with prompt communication and responses. His expertise and support were instrumental in helping us achieve our objectives.”
Ben Lyons, Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate, commented “It was a pleasure to assist Vertex in completing their transaction, and I am pleased to see their growth and expansion unfold. Their increased operations will undoubtedly enable them to continue thriving as a company and solidify their position as a key player in the exhibitions industry. I wish them continued success for the future.”
