Employment Support

People are in trouble; the cost-of-living crisis, job losses mounting, recession imminent. People want a different life post-Covid; work with purpose, reduced commuting time, hybrid working. Gallup has found 70% of people in employment are ‘actively disengaged’. If UK productivity needs its workers to increase output (irrespective of technology advancement, capital expenditure, national infrastructure…) a key factor would be getting individuals into roles which motivate and satisfy them.

The result is very many people are in career transition.

Work Horizons is going to help as much as possible and, therefore, it is reducing its pricing structure. Standard membership is now £10 + VAT per month (it was £30 + VAT) and for students it drops from £10 to £5 +VAT per month.

CEO Rob Ball described the change, “Our desire is to continue to help and support as many people as we can. Members have access to a very wide range of articles, videos and questionnaires to direct their thinking and successful job hunting. For some, this may be to consider self-employment. Companies are using memberships as an outplacement tool for staff being made redundant. This change makes it highly accessible even when there are larger numbers of people affected. Naturally, our cohort of coaches can provide additional support.”
