Double Win For Place Partnership At Inaugural Government Property Awards

Leading property asset manager, Place Partnership, has received two awards at the inaugural Government Property Awards.

Hosted at the Royal Society in London, the awards form part of the first Government Property Month and have been instated to highlight achievements across the property profession through public sector partners.

Place Partnership was recognised with the Value for Money award for its commitment to drive efficiencies and generate savings across its client portfolio, with the company well on its way to surpass its initial target of £58 million of savings over the ten years to 2025.

The company’s approach to forming partnerships with specialist providers in order to assist with delivery of high quality and cost-effective services, also impressed the judges.

Recent graduate and Contact Centre team member, Emily Hoyes received the Rising Star Award in recognition of the energy and drive that she’d demonstrated since joining Place Partnership last summer.
