Set up your young people for success with Make Strides in your Early Career, a structured programme designed to build and embed workplace skills with real-world impact. With 36 dynamic digital modules, and optional peer group coaching, it’s designed to help young professionals thrive, focusing on communication, being capable & confident and understanding the workplace. 

Delivered in three progressive stages: Starting Strides, Steady Strides, and Strong Strides this programme ensures employees adapt fast, grow strong, and make a positive impact.

6-9 months to complete course.

DRIVING A CULTURE OF LEADERSHIP THINKING AT ALL LEVELS

Create a culture of confident, capable leaders with Make Strides in Leadership: a structured digital programme designed to grow leadership thinking at every level. With 33 dynamic modules and optional peer group coaching, it builds essential leadership skills that develop individuals, teams, and organisations.

Delivered in three progressive levels: Emerging, Evolving, and Established – the programme is flexible, accessible, and designed to embed learning through real-world application. Participants gain practical tools, guided reflection, and the confidence to lead with impact.

9-12 months self-paced, to complete the course.

HOW IT WORKS

Starting a programme is simple. Whether you have 1 person or a group of people, we have a planned schedule that can get you started within a month and a cohort you can join within 2-3 months for peer group coaching.

Get in touch with the Chamber training department and arrange a chat.

We will review your requirements with you and provide further information about the programmes.

STEP 3

We will refer you to Make Strides for a more in-depth conversation about your requirements and to agree steps going forward.

If you go ahead, you will be booked onto the next available on-boarding session.

STEP 5

You’ll then have access to the digital programme within 24 hours and booked into the scheduled group peer coaching sessions.
