Delivered via Zoom, this 3 hour event will help you understand what mediation is, how it works and when it is appropriate to use. In response to the current pandemic, it will also consider ways in which mediation can be provided remotely.
This interactive and informative digital event will give you the opportunity, within a safe environment, to experience how mediation works and the positive outcomes an effective mediation process can achieve.
Mediation is the most common form of dispute resolution. When used properly, it can resolve conflict quickly and produce significant benefits for the business.
Our experienced mediators will demonstrate what mediation looks like in practice, by taking you, step by step, through each stage of the process.
The event is based on a real-life scenario concerning a dispute between a manager and a team member, whose relationship has deteriorated, in part, as a result of COVID-19 related workplace issues. Delegates will have the opportunity to put questions to the mediator throughout.
