Hereford FC are proud to announce that Dawleys, a local communications company based in Ross-On-Wye, will become the new Hereford FC first team front of shirt sponsor for the coming 2019/20 season.
The new deal sees Dawleys expand their current commercial agreement with the club, a decision that Roger Parckar, who is Dawleys’ Managing Director and big Bulls fan, says was a very simple one.
“Dawleys is passionate about its Herefordshire base and we are committed to supporting the local community in any way we can. Therefore, when the opportunity arose, it was a simple decision for us to become the new front of shirt sponsor.
“I’m a huge sports fan and a keen supporter of Hereford FC. Along with all other Bulls fans, everyone at Dawleys wishes the club every success in the 2019/20 season – we are proud to become an even bigger part of the journey as we all look to achieve the next major step towards our aim Football League status.”
The Bulls’ Commercial Manager, Martin Brain, has explained that he is delighted to see another local company expand their relationship with the club.
“Dawleys are a forward thinking local company that continues to grow and we are delighted to announce that they are our shirt sponsor for the 2019/20 season.
“They are one of a number of local commercial clients who we have worked with successfully over previous seasons and I’m delighted to see their portfolio with us continue to grow.”
As well as enjoying matchday hospitality on a regular basis throughout the past season and being one of the leading Academy sponsors in 2018/19, Dawleys have also used their communications and fulfilment expertise to help the Bulls’ commercial and academy departments over the past 12 months. Martin continued:
“With Roger and the team at Dawleys.com already assisting us with specific in-house projects, we are delighted to have them on board as shirt sponsor and I look forward to seeing our relationship continue to grow over the coming year.
“The Dawleys sponsorship takes over from the previous deal with Central Roofing, and Hereford FC would like to place on record its thanks for the support from Central Roofing over the past 12 months.
“I would like to thank Central Roofing & Building Services Ltd for sponsorship the playing shirts last season,” added Martin. “I am delighted that they will be remaining an important sponsor for Hereford FC, continuing with their significant branding on the main stand and around the Edgar Street Stadium.”
The Dawleys logo will appear on the current home shirt as well as the new 2019/20 away shirt, which is set to be launched at the Hereford Means Business Expo at the Three Counties Hotel on Thursday morning (9 May).
In further exciting news, in addition to the new black and red away shirt that was voted for by the fans, an alternative third strip is also going to be launched to overcome a number of colour clashes that the club is likely to see in the National League North next season.
