Curve Sales Solutions have launched their latest training program ‘Sales Refresh’ designed to offer support to sales professionals who work within conference and event sales offices.
COURSE CONTENT:
The 5 week program is designed to help sales professionals that, through no fault of their own, have been out of the day to day running of a conference office for an extended period. It also provides Sales and Revenue Managers with the opportunity to upgrade processes that didn’t quite work prior to lockdown and to plan for the future.
Learners will be invited to a pre-course call to set the scene and meet other delegates. This will then be followed by four 75 minute online sessions where they will engage in group discussion, break out activities and personal reflection activities. Sessions cover:

Your Proposals
Your Events
The four 75 minute online sessions cover Your Customers, Your Office Procedures, Your Event Proposals and Your Events; and will help conference and events businesses to:
- Re-induct returning sales teams or quickly develop new starters/junior colleagues
- Refresh and embed core selling skills
- Upgrade sales office processes
