It’s a time of celebration for the Phoneworcs team as their Customer Account Manager Niamh Fitzpatrick celebrates her 1st work anniversary!
Niamh joined the team in 2022 with a specific focus on helping support both new and existing customers with their Broadband and Phone services from their office in the centre of Worcester, and Niamh has been committed to ensuring that the customers continue to receive the very best level of support from the team; whether it’s providing support via email and phone call, or visiting premises and crawling under desks, Niamh is there.
Moreover, Niamh has taken an active approach to regular networking with other local businesses both on and offline when managing communications across their social media channels, consequently ensuring that they can continue to further support local business communities by providing them with the very best telecoms and broadband solutions possible.
When reflecting on her year with Phoneworcs Niamh responded, ‘It truly has been a fantastic year. It has been brilliant getting to know so many wonderful people and their businesses.
