SME Solicitors’ 13th Annual Charity Quiz, hosted on 13 November at Worcestershire County Cricket Club, raised £1,789.78 for Redgate Sports, a local charity dedicated to creating sports opportunities for young people.
Since its official launch in June 2024, Redgate Sports has made excellent progress, now supporting over 300 children weekly across around 70 schools in Worcestershire and Warwickshire. The charity aims to reach around 700 children next year.
The 19 teams that entered enjoyed the evening’s excellent atmosphere, including a foil sculpting challenge won by BSN Associates’ ‘Drinking Giraffe’. The event also featured a highly anticipated raffle, with prizes generously donated by local businesses.
After eight challenging rounds, a picture round and a crossword, ‘Risky Quizness’ from SJL Insurance took first place, closely followed by ‘Agatha Quiztie’ from St James’s Place Wealth Management. Congratulations and a massive thank you to all teams that supported the event!
