The Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce are pleased to announce the launch of their new online training courses.
Ran and hosted by experts in their chosen field, the suite of virtual training courses has been designed to aid businesses who are planning to, or are already returning to work and helping businesses to restart and recover.
Each delegate will receive a course workbook and the courses will include interactive activities and plenty of opportunities to raise any questions throughout the course. The new courses have been designed to support businesses in adapting and evolving to the current situation.
We have seen several examples where businesses have adapted their services and shifted their operations online. Some businesses may not have the confidence in their tech skills to achieve this or some may be in need of a refresh. The new ‘Getting Your Business Online’ course will give delegates a full understanding of each of the three main website hosting platforms; Squarespace, Shopify and WordPress and the benefits of creating an effective website. To book please visit here.
Going back to work for some may be a worrying time, with so long spent at home and the measures that will have to be implemented within the workplace, it is guaranteed that some members of staff will be finding the transition difficult. The new ‘Managing Change in the Workplace’ training course will improve delegates effectiveness in how they manage change, improve their productivity and give confidence in knowing how to address change and its barriers. For those businesses who will be importing goods, this current time period is proving extremely problematic, the ‘Basic Import Documentation’ training course will give an introduction into the complex are of UK imports. With the UK’s future relationship with the EU still undecided, resulting in the UK being classed as a third country, Imports from the EU will have a major impact on UK traders. This two hour virtual learning course will cover the many areas that UK traders will have to consider and covers the key areas and criteria when importing outside the UK and EU.
