Personal development is essential for a company’s growth, and, naturally, it should align with the company’s needs and goals. Why limit it to that? At BuzzGen, we encourage our employees to take charge of their own development and pursue any new skills they are passionate about.

Our Marketing Executive, Amy, recently expressed an interest in learning Adobe Illustrator. We don’t currently use Adobe, and many would consider this reason enough to dismiss the idea altogether. However, at BuzzGen, we always look to the future! Amy might discover that Adobe has features that are better suited to a specific project or may even work more effectively than other software we use. Additionally, these new skills could be transferable to other platforms we have already invested in. By giving Amy the freedom to develop her skills beyond the tools we currently use, we’re not only broadening our capabilities but also opening up new possibilities for the business. Most importantly, we’re helping to ensure our employees remain engaged and fulfilled.
