Worcester based Chartered Financial Planners, Britannic Place, and one of their employees have been shortlisted for three awards at the Professional Adviser Awards 2023. The awards run by this professional publication are now into their 18th year and they recognise the best in the field of investing and financial advice.
This is the third year in a row that Britannic Place has been shortlisted for Adviser Firm of the Year in these awards. Following their recent website redesign last year, they have also been shortlisted in the Best Adviser Website category. Finally, Dean Poulson, who is currently in the process of becoming a financial planner, has also been shortlisted for the Paraplanner of the Year award for the second time in his time at Britannic Place.
Director and Chartered Financial Planner, Steve Perera, said: “We are immensely proud to be shortlisted again for the Adviser Firm of the Year. There are a number of high quality firms that we are competing against so it might be a tricky one to actually win. A large part of the judging criteria is based on a complex case study that we had to submit so it really is a top achievement to be shortlisted 3 years in a row.”
“We have also had some really good feedback from prospective clients in relation to our new website, in particular the client videos and the link to the reviews that our fantastic clients have given us. We think that our designers, The Yardstick Agency, have done a really good job on this and have absolutely met our brief.”
“I am really pleased that Dean is getting some recognition for the great job that he does for Britannic Place and our clients. This will probably be the final time that Dean enters this particular award, as he is now starting to take over the responsibility of advising clients himself. He has been a real asset to the business and we hope that he continues to be so for a long time into the future.”
