Worcester-based Chartered financial planning firm and certified B Corp, Bespoke- Advice Ltd, has added two more accolades to its growing list of honours, being named Small Apprentice Employer of the Year at the Worcestershire Apprenticeships Awards 2025, and Highly Commended in the Outstanding Support initiative – Wellbeing in the Workplace category at the Professional Adviser Women in Finance Awards 2025, both held last week.
The recognition follows a string of national successes earlier this month, including three major industry awards: Young Financial Planning Team of the Year at the Young Financial Planner Awards 2025, and both Financial Adviser: Small/Medium Firm of the Year and Sustainability Initiative of the Year at the **MONEYAge Awards 2025.
Together, these achievements represent more than a winning streak, they reflect the firm’s clear and unwavering belief that doing good and being good are one and the same.
Proof that investing in people and purpose drives performance
Suzi Lane (Founder and Chartered Financial Planner at Bespoke Advice Ltd) said: “At Bespoke Advice, we go beyond financial planning: we build futures. These awards reinforce our conviction that when you invest in people, culture and sustainability, good results follow naturally. Our apprentices are the heartbeat of our future, bringing new energy, intelligence and creativity into an industry that too often forgets to renew itself. Being recognised for both our apprenticeship and wellbeing initiatives in the same week shows that we are growing responsibly, placing people and purpose at the centre of progress.”
A business that grows the right way
The firm’s apprenticeship and mentoring programme*, developed in partnership with Skills Edge Training, continues to be recognised as a model for career development in financial services. It offers a structured route from entry-level through to Chartered status, with a focus on inclusion, confidence-building and
long-term professional growth. Alex Morley (Managing Director of Bespoke Advice Ltd) commented: “These awards underline that real success isn’t accidental—it’s the result of consistent intent. Our business has evolved from a start-up challenger to a multi-award-winning Chartered firm without losing sight of its values. We’ve shown that creating opportunities for young professionals, supporting wellbeing and leading on sustainability can, and should, coexist within a high-performing business. This is financial planning done properly, and it’s why our team and our clients thrive.”
Intent, integrity and impact
Bespoke Advice’s journey from challenger firm to recognised leader demonstrates its commitment to changing perceptions of the financial advice profession. It remains proudly independent, values-led and client-first in its approach, with a purpose rooted in trust, transparency and talent development. Having recently improved its B Corp impact score, renewed its Chartered Financial Planner status, and been named one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, Bespoke- Advice continues to prove that ethical, human-centred financial planning is not only possible, it’s essential.
