Ballards LLP, the Worcestershire based professional services firm, is proud to welcome 10 new graduates as part of its 2025 intake, the largest in the firm’s history. The new cohort marks another milestone in Ballards’ commitment to nurturing the next generation of accountants and business advisers.
The graduates have joined teams across Business Services, Audit, Corporate, and Tax, working from Ballards’ offices in Droitwich, Worcester, and the firm’s growing Birmingham base. The Birmingham expansion represents an exciting step in Ballards’ continued growth, creating fresh opportunities for both clients and employees.

The Ballards Graduate Programme offers a structured three-year pathway to Chartered Accountant status, providing hands-on experience, one-to-one mentoring, and exposure to a wide variety of industries and clients.
