Worcestershire-based Atwell International Ltd has been named a finalist in the 2026 Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards, shortlisted in the Excellence in Innovation category.
These prestigious awards celebrate the very best of business across the two counties, recognising organisations that demonstrate outstanding performance, growth and forward-thinking approaches within their sector. Atwell International’s shortlisting reflects its continued commitment to innovation within the lift industry and its focus on developing safety-led solutions that deliver real-world impact.
The finalist selection process involved a detailed written application followed by interviews with representatives from the Chamber and category sponsors, making the achievement a significant endorsement of the company’s innovation strategy and technical expertise.

In 2025, the company was named Best Supplier – Safety Products at the Ellies Europe Awards, held during Interlift 2025, while its flagship innovation, the VG AiO Speed Watcher, was also shortlisted for the Elevator World Product of the Year Award.
Most recently, Atwell International was also named a finalist in the Worcestershire Innovation Champion Award, further recognising its role in driving innovation and positive change within the industry.
The winners of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards will be announced at a black-tie awards ceremony taking place on Thursday 11th June 2026. This highly anticipated event will bring together over 700 businesses from across Herefordshire and Worcestershire to celebrate the talent, ambition, and success that drive the local economy.
