Are you a Wychavon based business concerned about climate change?

Wychavon District Council would like feedback on their carbon reduction plan, Intelligently Green. The plan outlines what the Council will do over the next ten years to reduce their own direct emissions and how they will encourage others to reduce emissions.

The aim of the plan is for the Wychavon district to be carbon neutral as quickly as possible, and by 2050 at the latest. Current ideas to fulfil that aim include reducing Wychavon District Council’s own greenhouse gas emissions by at least 75% by 2030, doubling the size of Wychavon’s low carbon economy and trebling the amount of renewable generation by 2030.

If you would like to share your thoughts on Intelligently Green complete this survey by 4 March 2020. Feedback will be considered during March by the Executive Board before the plan is agreed in April.
