‘Apples for Autumn’ is the First Campaign Aiming to Boost Herefordshire Tourism

The first campaign of the new Visit Herefordshire campaign to boost the county’s tourism recovery is ‘Apples for Autumn’.

It hopes to celebrate Herefordshire’s rightful place as the home of the apple and cider. It’s a chance for the county to come together and also welcome more visitors to enjoy all that this special fruit provides.

During October expect to see ‘Apples for Autumn’ featured in a wide variety of places, from cider producers and orchards to cafes and restaurants. This is the first of many campaigns being created by Orphans Press, based in Leominster, who have been appointed to lead the new destination marketing campaign for Herefordshire funded by the Marches Local Enterprise Fund.

As part of this #applesforautumn campaign, two new Cider Circuits have been developed as a means for cyclists (or motorists) visiting #Herefordshire to explore the beauty and bounty of cider country. You can view and download the Cider Circuits here: applesforautumn.co.uk
