The Worcestershire Growth Hub has confirmed additional business support is available to help local organisations.
Building on the ongoing success of the Specialist Advisor programme, the Worcestershire Growth Hub team have added a new advisor to the programme as well as increasing the capacity of the support available to help more local businesses.
This new advisor, Hewett Recruitment, will be focused on recruitment and retention support, recognising the current challenges facing organisations. The team will be able to provide support in areas such as, employer branding advice, improving staff retention guidance, job advertising tips, recruitment process design support, interviewer training, and advice on how to create a positive company culture.
This support will continue the delivery model of the Specialist Advisor programme, with specific the support delivered in a 1-to-1 advice format to provide the maximum benefit.
The additional support confirmed to the Specialist Advisor programme, means that the programme can still offer support across the following areas:
- Communications and Marketing
- Sustainability
- Financial Support
- Digital Technology Support
- Recruitment and Retention
- General Business Advice
The Specialist Advisor programme is only running until the end of March 2022.
