Primrose Hospice is the latest charity to collaborate with Dandelion Video Production through their Chamber of Commerce charity pledge.
The video, which follows the journey of a piece of pre-loved furniture through the donation process, and the impact it can make, will be used to raise awareness of Primrose Hospice’s free furniture collection service. Selling furniture throughout their stores helps contribute to the £1.95 million that Primrose Hospice must raise every year to provide free support for their community.
Sarah McDowall, Marketing and Communications Officer at Primrose Hospice said, “Every year, we provide free support for around 1,000 patients and clients, but we couldn’t support our community without the kind donations of pre-loved items to our shops. It’s easy to donate your items to our four shops, but the difference your donations make to Primrose Hospice is vital.”
One of the main reasons Dandelion Video Production was founded was to help charities, whether that’s helping with raising funds or raising awareness. Dandelion co-founder Adam Hanslow-Smith said, “Visiting Primrose Hospice and seeing firsthand exactly how they support people, and helping them to continue supporting people has been incredible, and has just crystalised the importance of what we do.”
Sarah added: “We’d like to say a big thank you to Adam for his time and kindness. This type of support helps to spread the word about how people can support Primrose Hospice.”
Adam co-founded Dandelion in 2024 to support small businesses, start-ups and charities with high-quality video production services. They are based in Kidderminster, and produce marketing videos, such as case studies, event videos and motion graphics explainer videos, all over the UK.
