Chamber will continue to support businesses during unprecedented times

The Chamber is the representative voice of business for the two counties and as such, we are here to support you through these challenging and unprecedented times in any way we can.

We would like to reassure our Members, Non-members and all businesses across the two counties, that in respect of the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak our major focus is the health and welfare of the local business community, together with our ability to continue to effectively support the business community in all scenarios.

In immediate response to government directive, it is our duty to try to reduce the risk of the virus spreading by avoiding all unnecessary social contact. In response we have decided to postpone all our events, training courses and face-to-face meetings. Where possible we will be holding online virtual meetings to ensure that we can still talk to and support the business community.

The Chamber would like the whole business community to know that the Chamber is still operational and all other support services will continue which you may find helpful at this time. We will be following public health guidance closely and will inform the two counties of our position if or when it changes.

We would urge you to tell us what your concerns are for the coming weeks and months so that we can advise you where possible. This support will be extended to all businesses across the two counties.

You will still be able to contact the Chamber in the normal ways during this period and we will still be on hand to offer advice and guidance. Our website www.hwchamber.co.uk will be updated as and when we receive any further information, advice or guidance. We can also be contacted by calling 01905 673600 or emailing [email protected].
