Eight organisations from across the two counties have been crowned as winners in the West Midlands heat of the Chamber Business Awards 2019.
Now in their 16th year, the awards are a highlight of the business calendar, recognising the key role that local businesses play in driving the UK economy.
The regional winners have been announced as arrangeMY – Family Business of the Year, Bishop Fleming LLP – Workplace Wellbeing Award, DRPG – Employer of the Year, Environmental Management Solutions – Customer Commitment Award, Indra Renewable Technologies Ltd – Small Business of the Year, Level Peaks Associates – Export Business of the Year, Malvern Panalytical Limited – High Growth Business of the Year, and OLPRO – E-Commerce Business of the Year.
The announcement means that companies from the two counties will proudly represent the region in eight out of nine categories at the national Chamber Business Awards 2019.
Sharon Smith, Chief Executive of Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce, said: “Congratulations to all eight firms who have been named as winners in the regional stage of the Chamber Business Awards 2019.
“The awards are a fantastic chance to celebrate the thriving business community across the country, highlighting the variety of innovative and flexible firms in the UK in the midst of turbulent times.
“Each year the calibre of applicants impresses the regional judges, and I’m delighted that this year we celebrate a record number of businesses from Herefordshire and Worcestershire who have been recognised as winners. Good luck to all in the next stage of the competition!”
The winners will now go on to represent Herefordshire and Worcestershire on the national stage in the final round of the Chamber Business Awards 2019. All eight companies will be invited to the Gala Dinner on Thursday 28 November at Tobacco Dock in London where the winners will be announced.
