Strategic Planning – We provide a lean and agile business process review. We have both experience and expertise in business process re-engineering that we use to ensure business processes are fit for purpose to support the now and future business model.
Financial Planning – We review the current and future finance requirements of the business. This may well be to support a growth model or a restructure/refinance requirement. Given the current climate we are also able to re-negotiate payment terms with key suppliers and creditors where appropriate.
