Worcester Bosch announced as official sponsor of Worcester City Women FC

Worcester City Women FC (WCWFC) has announced Worcester Bosch, one of the UK’s leading heating and cooling brands, as its sponsor for the 2026/27 football season, ahead of the team’s first game on Sunday.

The partnership unites one of the city’s heritage businesses with its fastest-growing sports team. As part of the agreement, the Worcester Bosch logo will proudly appear on the front of both the team’s Home and Away playing kits.

Beyond the shirt sponsorship, Worcester Bosch will support WCWFC’s community programme which aims to elevate women’s football, drive health and wellbeing outcomes, encourage more women to get involved and grow the club’s fanbase.

This is one of the first new initiatives spearheaded by Jo Shepherd, who became the new CEO of Worcester Bosch back in April.

She said; “For the heating industry, things like the skills gap and lack of diversity – from gender to neurodivergency – is a serious issue. As a company, we will tackle these head on with a long-term programme that helps people discover careers they may never have considered, provides the skills to succeed and shapes the industry into something where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

“Part of this initiative is to partner with like-minded organisations that are actively looking to make a meaningful change. Our sponsorship of WCWFC is the first of such partnerships, and we’re looking forward to collaborating together to open the right doors to women taking part in the sport and play a part in unlocking their potential.

“Together, we can bring comfort, confidence and progress to Worcester. In homes, in communities, and on the pitch. We are delighted to have come on board as the official sponsor and to inspire women into both sport and engineering.”

Nicole Allison, Owner and CEO of WCWFC, said; “We’re delighted to have Worcester Bosch on board as our official sponsor. As a club, we share their ambition for this partnership to make a meaningful impact and will support their quest to raise awareness of the importance of greater diversity and inclusion within both the heating and sports industries.

“As we both operate in traditionally male-dominated sectors, this partnership provides us an opportunity to showcase the career pathways available to women in both industries and inspire greater female participation.”

The club will host its official launch event on 23 August to celebrate the partnership, outline plans for the upcoming season, and encourage more women from the local community to get involved in football.
